The role of a health coach is to provide guidance and support that enables the client to make changes that improve their condition or minimize risk factors. The impact of health coaching reverberates beyond the boundaries of the coach-client relationship. A coach’s influence over the client’s well-being can affect everyone from their friends, family, and colleagues, to other healthcare providers and their wider communities.

Cancellation Policy

Booking, Rescheduling, No-Show, Cancellation, Booking Appointments: Clients seeking coaching services with Elev8 U Coaching can book appointments through our secure online booking system on the website or by contacting our scheduling team directly. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule appointments with advance notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring additional charges. Day-of Rescheduling: Rescheduling on the day of the appointment may result in a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: A "no-show" is defined as a client missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice or explanation. No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their appointments without prior notice may be charged the full session fee. Communication: In the event of an unforeseen circumstance preventing attendance, clients are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a late cancellation fee. Emergency Situations: Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be considered in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to communicate promptly in such situations. Communication Channels: All communication regarding booking, rescheduling, no-shows, and cancellations should be directed to Policy Acknowledgment: Clients are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to these policies upon booking their first appointment. Policy Updates: Elev8 U Coaching reserves the right to update these policies as necessary. Clients will be notified of any substantial changes.
